If you email us, we use the information you provide to reply, discuss a possible project and, where relevant, take steps towards a contract. The legal basis is your request and the steps taken before entering a contract. We keep correspondence while the enquiry or working relationship is active and afterwards only for the periods needed to meet legal obligations or address possible claims.
Website delivery and security
Our hosting provider may process connection data such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested URL to deliver and secure the website. This is based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure site. The site is hosted by Netlify; email sent to our published address is handled using Google services.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. To exercise these rights, email studioperfecte@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
We do not use the website data described here for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
